The Urban Gallery and the Premium Area
The retail heart of the structure is the URBAN GALLERY, a space that spreads over two levels dedicated to shopping: from everyday products to fashion and beauty care. The design is inspired by the traditional galleries in Turin’s city centre; as for the merchandising mix, the structure features two anchors located on the opposite ends of the gallery and a PREMIUM area on the first floor.

The Shopping Ring and Thematic Buildings
The Urban Gallery is surrounded by the SHOPPING RING, a road open to the People Mover, to electric cars and pedestrians that makes it easy to move around and explore the whole district.
On the inside, a series of welcoming porticoes evoke traditional Turin-style architecture and host fashion stores and services, while the outside area hosts the THEMATIC BUILDINGS, medium and large size stores specialized in household goods, furniture, kids, families and sports.

Food Court & Entertainment
COM provides a food offer with no comparison in terms of range, variety and quality, with common seating and private areas. The offer spans, within different settings, from innovative formats to traditional menus, from the most attractive stalls to gourmet experiences. Bars and restaurants are arranged in a strategic layout and are easily accessible.
The Food Court, spread over two levels, is directly linked to the Entertainment Cluster. Bars and restaurants’ placement creates poles of attraction and, together with Entertainment activities,
maximizes the visitors’ footfall.
The leisure offer attracts visitors of all ages and lifestyles. The goal is not only to provide pleasant moments and high-level services, but also to turn a visit to COM into an experience worth sharing and remembering.
